We recently booked and used Skypark for our recent overseas travel. The facility was amazing and so easy to book. To have the reassurance of your vehicle being in an enclosed carpark definitely made the choice of booking easier. From the moment we arrived, the process was seamless. We required car seats for our young children, which were available and installed in the shuttle service. The staff onsite were so helpful. Our driver Tarek was amazing and so personable. Tarek made the transfer enjoyable and was so helpful on both ends. The pick up on the other end was also so seamless and convenient. I would highly recommend this service and probably the best facility I’ve used. You’ve got a returning customer that’s for sure. Thanks again!

All good with the overall service I received. Pick up and drop off was prompt and professional. I got space in undercover car park as promised which was good. Appreciate the efforts of the driver for making sure we didn't miss any of our luggage while loading them on the bus. Thanks again guys.

Absolutely awesome service provided by Tarek (Terry). Very friendly, helpful advice lovely to chat to. Clear instructions on your delivery to your correct airline gate and where to meet when I'm picked up. My car was happily waiting in it's valet spot and I was delivered right to it. What a great employee you have and a fantastic service. VALET at Skypark so so worth paying the extra. Thanks Tarek 😊

First time booking undercover in SkyPark. I wouldn't discover this place if I have not rented a car with URCar. After returning the rental car, I have looked up this parking and surprised that the pricing was very competitive. Everything is secured which was my main reason I tried booking here. My experience has been very good. Terry was very friendly and good company during the short trip to the airport.
