Excellent friendly service. I found it easy to book and pay by telephone. The indoor multi story carpark was easy to find and the shuttle bus dropped us off outside T2 and picked us up from the same place. All in all a very efficient and cost effective service. I have no hesitation in recommending SkyPark Melbourne Airport.

Terry was awesome driving our shuttle to the airport. Put a smile on our faces from the time we got to Skypark, despite the early hour. Baby seat was ready in the vehicle as per booking. Super efficient service, whole process has been seamless from initial booking process. 100% will use again, helps take the stress out of travelling to the airport.

Great experience all round. Car is parked securely and safely. When we arrived back into Melbourne airport at 11pm we clicked on the link they sent us the day before and the driver arrived in less than 10 minutes. Easy entry and exit for the car too. Would definitely use again! Tracey Robinson.

I've used SkyPark services multiple times for my short trips. Each time the staff had been friendly, helpful and courteous. I've tried others but decided this was the best option. on the last trip I was running really late and Tariq noticed this by the way I was driving and walking and had he shuttle ready to drop me off at the gate. the few extra dollars I spent are always worth it. Highly recommend If you have RACV you can save extra

I could not recommend the team at Sky Parking more highly. Not only do they have an easy end-to-end service with prompt airport shuttles, friendly drivers and baby seats but they go above and beyond to ensure your family is comfortable. Terry and Jordan were so accommodating when our flight was cancelled due to a weather event and ensured that we could take and return our car to head back to the airport the following day at no additional cost. They also have a lounge where you can safely wait with kids for your car as well. I know other services were not half as flexible in difficult circumstances. This will be the only parking we book for Melbourne airport! Thanks to the team!
