We had always used the main airport carpark. When we parked there at Christmas, we returned to a scuff mark on side of car. I saw Sky Park advertised, and after reviewing their security decided to give them a go. We couldn't have been happier. The ease of booking, ongoing communication was excellent and prompt. On our arrival home after a month overseas, Terry picked up at the terminal. Process again was easy. Press a link and you are updated until the vehicle arrives to collect you We had a full minibus with people arriving from overseas and people visiting Victoria. There was a family, us as a couple and friends travelling together. Terry made everyone feel welcome with his banter and fabulous sense if humour. He included everyone in a conversation all the way to the carpark. Amazingly he recalled everyone's name. I hope the other passengers felt as I did, that we were important and considered by Terry. Great job guys on a fabulous and first class experience with your company. A big thankyou to Terry on his professionalism and being such a genuine person.

We arrived at Melbourne Airport around 5:00 am and, after collecting our luggage, made our way to the pickup zone. While I was accessing our pickup link, my wife noticed that a SkyPark shuttle bus was already there. The driver, Terry, approached us and asked if we were travelling with SkyPark. We provided our names, which he promptly confirmed with the office. This was fantastic as we did not have to wait at all. Terry was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we met. He assisted us with loading our luggage, engaged with us throughout the entire journey, and even helped us unload our bags when we arrived at SkyPark. He also kindly allowed me to park close to the drop-off area, which made everything even easier. Thank you, Terry, for the exceptional service and warm welcome back home. Your professionalism and friendliness made a great first impression after a long journey. I highly recommend SkyPark Melbourne for their excellent customer service, safe and convenient parking, and reasonable rates. We will definitely be using them again!

Very convenient location to park your car when going overseas. I feel safe to leave my car with their secured facility. Shuttle bus service is on the dot. Staff are very nice and efficient. Definitely will park here next time. Highly recommended.

Excellent Airport parking option. Just drive in, bags go straight into the Mercedes shuttle and your off to the terminal. Valet parking looks after your car. On your return, simple text them when you have your bags and the shuttle arrives within minutes. Driver packs your bags into the shuttle and back at Skypark, your car is waiting for you. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Can't fault them.

We started using sky park Melbourne a few years ago its a brilliant run service love it .Recently left our vehicle at sky park for 10 days and whilst waiting to board our flight i had a funny feeling i forgotten to lock the car but thought its so secure i shouldn’t need worry and i was right when Terry picked us up from the airport so friendly and helpful he assured me even unlocked our car was 100% safe .when we got back to our car I actually did forget to lock it and it was absolutely fine .would never leave my car anywhere else . Like Clockwork! This was probably my third time parking here. Friendly people with good old fashion service. On arrival back at the Airport, I walked out to a waiting SkyPark shuttle. The shuttle took me straight back to my car which had been enjoying the undercover parking. I’ll be back!
