Honestly the best service from start to finish. The lady in the office was so lovely and welcoming , assisted us as soon as we parked addressing us by names which was lovely and made us feel welcome as we waited for the bus. Terry the bus driver was fantastic , very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the trip from the car park to the airport and gave us a piece of reassurance for when we return. Would defiantly recommend them to everyone and would use them again 🙂

Terry and John our drivers were so professional. It was fantastic just turning up and they took my car and we got transported straight away. So friendly, they assisted us with our bags. it just took away all stresses of getting away to travel and then excellent pick up as well. So easy, thank ypu

We just came back from a 7 week trip overseas and left our car at SkyPark. Everything was fantastic and we will definitely be using them anytime we travel in the future. We could leave our car in a clean undercover car park and didn’t need to leave the keys. The shuttle arrived quickly to return us to our car and staff were very efficient and friendly. So much better than the long term carparking at the airport. Fabulous!

Easy to use service, quick pickup from the terminal on arrival back into Melbourne. Great communication with text messages. My phone could never open the jpg image from the email, but entry was easy with number plate scanning.

Terry at Skypark Melbourne was fantastic—funny, engaging, and very informative. While everyone at the venue was lovely, he really went the extra step to make sure all guests were well informed throughout the experience. This is especially helpful for first-time visitors and also makes for a great refresher for returning guests, helping everything run smoothly and confidently. A huge thank you as well to Nat for being so prompt with requests and for efficiently resolving my booking amendments. I had to make changes to my booking a couple of times, and each time it was handled quickly and smoothly before my stay. The level of care and professionalism from both of them really improved the overall experience. I’m fully at ease entrusting my vehicle and transfer to and from the airport unto Skypark.
