Easy to book and arrive and be taken to airport. Fuss free. When our flight was cancelled and we arrived the following day they were very helpful for an extra day. Minimal waiting to be picked up for a returned trip.

Just returned from a 4 day break where we used SkyPark at Melbourne Airport. The whole process could not have been easier, from booking and lock and leave undercover parking, to really friendly and efficient staff. The whole business runs so smoothly, the way you hope but rarely find. Outstanding!

Excellent experience at this place. From when we booked online to when we left. Drove in easily, thanks to their number plate recognition, by the time we parked and came downstairs, they already had a van ready to take us to the airport. Friendly driver as well who made small chit chat and also briefed us on what to do upon returning. Upon return, there was already a driver present dropping people off so he took us straight away and assisted us and we had an easy drive out. Highly recommended.
