Just returned from a 4 day break where we used SkyPark at Melbourne Airport. The whole process could not have been easier, from booking and lock and leave undercover parking, to really friendly and efficient staff. The whole business runs so smoothly, the way you hope but rarely find. Outstanding!

Excellent experience at this place. From when we booked online to when we left. Drove in easily, thanks to their number plate recognition, by the time we parked and came downstairs, they already had a van ready to take us to the airport. Friendly driver as well who made small chit chat and also briefed us on what to do upon returning. Upon return, there was already a driver present dropping people off so he took us straight away and assisted us and we had an easy drive out. Highly recommended.

I have used Skypark on many occasions and find peace of mind knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in the locked up and monitored undercover carpark. The shuttle buses and never long in coming to pick us up and their drivers are very nice and well mannered. I don’t go anywhere else.

We had a fantastic experience with SkyPark and couldn’t be happier with the service. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish, with excellent communication and everything running right on time. A special thank you to Tarek, our driver, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us with loading and unloading all our luggage and made both the drop-off and pick-up experience so easy and stress-free. Overall, excellent customer service and a very reliable and professional service. We’ll definitely use SkyPark again for our future travels and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for airport parking near Melbourne Airport.
