Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! SkyPark Melbourne Airport Parking was an absolute breeze to use. The pricing is fantastic, and the valet service made the start of our trip completely stress-free—you just drive right in, and the team handles loading your bags straight onto the shuttle bus. A special shoutout to our shuttle bus driver, Terry! He was fantastic, super friendly, and explained the whole drop-off and pick-up process clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. Smooth, efficient, and affordable—we’ll definitely be using SkyPark again for our next flight!

Safe, nearby and convenient place to park your car when travelling to and from Melbourne airport. The staff onsite are very friendly, helpful and professional. Our shuttle bus driver Terry was very helpful and professional in helping us to load and unload our luggage.

The process of entering, parking and getting to the airport was smooth. We were helped with our luggage while I parked the car. The van was waiting for me when I returned to the waiting room. The van was large and very comfortable. On our return from our trip we followed the instructions to be picked up and the pickup was promptly. All round excellent service

Online booking was made so easy. Dropped off the car, jumped on a shuttle driven by Terry, who is very friendly. Realised made an error in the booking, called the service team, was very helpful to have it all sorted out. Notified that we’re ready to be picked up, waited less than 5 mins, Phillip picked us up and drove back to collect our car. If you would like undercover car park surrounding Melbourne Airport, you won’t be disappointed with SkyPark. Thanks heaps to all the crew.

Parking at SkyPark is so easy I don’t know why anyone would ever choose to park at the airport. Booking and payment is simple , the car is safe and under cover and the drop off and pick up is totally seamless. An absolutely fantastic service that is a no brainer 🌟

We don’t travel all that often, but over the years we’ve used quite a few airport parking providers. The first time we booked with SkyPark felt like a bit of a gamble because we hadn’t heard of them before. I’m so glad we gave them a go. Everything is incredibly smooth. As you drive in, the number plate recognition system checks you in automatically, so there’s no waiting around. If you choose the concierge service, they’ll even charge your EV while you’re away, which is a great option to have. When we landed back in Melbourne, we received a text message almost immediately with a link to order our pickup. No waiting on hold or making phone calls. It was quick and effortless. A special mention to our driver, Terry, who was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I honestly can’t see us choosing anywhere else to park the next time we travel. Highly recommended!
