What an absolutely amazing experience I had this morning! I was feeling very anxious about my day but this was relieved as soon as I entered SkyPark and Terry introduced himself. He directed me to what I needed to do and waited for me to park (he even found me a spot!!) before taking us all in the shuttle. He was welcoming, friendly and his explanations and directions were memorable. Terry and the team at SkyPark made the process straightforward and simple. The booking experience was quick and easy and confirmation email quick to return. Pricing is affordable and the service exceptional. Look forward to my return to collect my car. Thank you ☺️

Have been coming here for the last 4 years.. secure parking that doesn’t cost the earth and you know your car will be there when you return. The shuttle to and from the airport is efficient and no waiting! The driver we had today, Terrie was very bubbly and chatty for the drive back to collect our car. Highly recommend

This was my first time using SkyPark Melbourne, and I’m so glad I did. I was looking for affordable, undercover parking, and they delivered perfectly. As soon as I parked, I took the elevator straight down to the airport shuttle bus. ​I was greeted by Terry, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The whole process was so efficient that I actually arrived at the airport quicker than I usually do when using the official airport carpark and shuttle. I will definitely be using them again!
